Biostasis Technologies is a human cryopreservation R&D organization with the following objectives:

(A) Experimental and theoretical research aimed at improving hypothermic tissue stabilization of legally deceased individuals and/or terminally ill patients, as permitted by law, for organ preservation, brain banking, anatomical donation, and human biostasis.

(B) Publication and dissemination of research reports, protocols, and clinical standards to improve the practice and delivery of hypothermic tissue stabilization.

(C) Education, training, and certification of medical professionals to conduct hypothermic tissue stabilization delivery services.

(D) Assisting in the formation of regional hypothermic tissue stabilization delivery organizations and monitoring protocol compliance.
